About Asia CPA
A Hong Kong practice for companies that need incorporation, secretarial work, accounts, and tax—often with a Mainland China entity in the same group.
Asia CPA is a Hong Kong–focused accounting and corporate services practice. We work with startups, SMEs, and international groups that use Hong Kong as a holding, trading, or regional base—and with clients who also need a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in Mainland China.
Our work is practical. We incorporate private companies, act as company secretary, keep books that the Inland Revenue Department can follow, file profits tax and employer’s returns, and introduce clients to Hong Kong banks. When the next step is an onshore China company, we coordinate WFOE planning—scope, capital, documents, and post-licence compliance—so the Hong Kong and Mainland entities are designed as one group, not two unrelated filings.
Clients typically come to us for a first Hong Kong company, for annual maintenance after incorporation, or when a China operation outgrows a representative office or a contract-only model. We do not invent professional memberships or partner biographies on this page; if you need named credentials for a tender or visa file, ask and we will confirm what we can provide.
How we work
- One set of facts across the annual return, the accounts, and the tax computation
- Hong Kong territorial tax treated as fact-sensitive, not as a slogan
- China WFOE setup treated as a project (city, scope, capital, chops, banking), not a form
- Clear written engagement terms; we say when a matter needs specialist counsel
